בית האופרה השני בישראל המקיים פעילות שוטפת בתחום האופרה המפיק אופרות ואופרטות מידי שנה בבימוי מלא ותפאורה המבוססת על טכנולוגיה מתקדמת.
הקאסט של סולני האופרה ברובו, כמו גם המנצחים והבמאים מגיע לישראל ממדינות רבות במטרה להרחיב ולגוון את היצע הרפרטואר בישראל.
בשנת 2021 בהופעת הבכורה של בית האופרה ניצח על האופרה ״הספר מסיביליה״ מאסטרו פאולו ספדרו מ״תיאטרון לה סקלה״ במילנו.
עוד במהלך עונת 2021-2022 יחד עם ״תזמורת האופרה הקאמרית״ בוצעו האופרות ״לה בוהם״, ״כך עושות כולן״, ״טוסקה״, ״לה סרבה פדרונה״.
בשנת 2023 תעלה האופרה את האופרה ״שני גברים ואישה אחת״ וכן את האופרטה ״העטלף״.
בפרוייקטים מיוחדים תערוך האופרה מסע קונצרטים בישראל בהופעות גאלה עם שלושת הטנורים ושלושת הסופרנוס כמו גם תוכנית הווקלית בינ״ל בשירי נשנסון הצרפתי.

תזמורת בית האופרה הקאמרית הישראלית הינה ״התזמורת הסימפונית אשדוד״ שבעקבות הקמת האופרה שינתה את שמה ל״תזמורת האופרה הקאמרית״. התזמורת תמשיך לבצע קונצרטים קלאסיים לצד השתתפותה בכל הפקות האופרה המתוכננות.
